A. Basically their are two series of these models first one is Base Model and second one is Professional Model.
Base Model
Base Model is specially designed for the students. It has better facilities than Aakash tablets. Base model is IS701R. It is the low cost tablet as compare to the professional tablets.
Professional Model
In these series of the models there are two tab. They shows the real class applications and features.

(ii)WS802C

Q.How do you connect to the internet on Penta TPAD?
A. Penta T-Pad comes with various connectivity to the internet.
Dongle Stick: All series comes with the plug and play USB stick. You can use internet through by 2G or 3G USB stick.
Wifi:Wifi comes with the all series.
Bluetooth: Only professional models comes with the Bluetooth series.
SIM:Only professional models comes with the in built SIM series to connect internet.BSNL is providing the best offers related to these tablets with the speed of 3G. And downloading upto 5 GB for 3 months.
Q.Will Penta T- Pad series have a resistive screen?
A.Yes, All three models have a resistive screen and IS701R & WS-704C comes with 7 inches high resolution screen and WS802C comes with 8 inches high resolution screen and capacitive touch screen with intuitive controls.
Q. Can Penta TPad support SIM and make phone calls with them?
A. Base models doesnot comes with these facilities however the professional series (WS704C and WS802C) comes with these facilities and can make the call, video conferencing, video calls through the professional series.
Q.What are the App Store will come with it & are they pre-installed on Penta TPADs?
A. The Google Android is pre-installed on the Penta T-Pad series. To access these application you have to need and Google Account. You can also install GetJar App Store and applications. Users have the various options to downloads apps and game as their choices.
Any warranty period comes with Penta TPAD Series?
A. One year warranty on all products. But any physical damage and software issues created by the user is not cover the warranty.
Cameras are installed on Penta T-Pad tablets or not?
A. Yes, cameras are installed in the all series in the base models it will be VGA Camera and in professional series it goes to 3MP to 5MP.

A. Official delivery of the product is start on 5 March 2012. Tabs are delivered to the users on the order of their pre-booking. Hello Rakesh,
You may go for the payment and you have the option for the Cash on delivery. But in COD their will be some delay but you will get the tablet.

how can we connect internet through usb dongle in penta tpad base model? Can we connect both 2g and 3g internet through usb dongle? Can we make calls through usb modem in penta tpad base model and if yes then how?

Their is the USB port in the tablet and you can buy 3 Dongle Stick in which you can recharge of 2G or 3G recharge for the internet for your convenience. You can make calls from Skype through it. And by Google Talk or Facebook call.

Within 2 or 3 weeks after paying the money you will get it. The shipment is done by the courier service. You will soon get it. I will advice to you go ahead for the payment.

Shipment is done by the courier service of may contact to the Pantel company they will tell you which company is shipping the courier.
@ Shekhar,
First you have to install the setup of the idea net setter then their will open the yellow screen in which their is written IDEA NET SETTER. Go to connect the option of Idea internet and then click to the connect. Your internet connection will start.
@ Sanket,
Have you get the Booking ID, if get then this will consider your confirmation, if you have another option you donot made the advance payment. Do again the Booking of the tablet. Then you will get the confirmation of the tablet.

Hi,
My penta has suddenly started giving me problem.Ts getting restrated again again in say 1-2 min.As soon as i see main screen it restarte and goes back to android screen..I think the OS is crashed...Any suggestion how to get it worked..I did dropped the mail about customer care about same but no response from them.
