DataWind Ubislate 7+ Customers have problem in Pre-Sales, What about After Sales service?
We all have already experienced problems in contacting DataWind 1-800-180-2-180. And their Emails,
What about after Sales service: Still they have not furnished details of Customer service center locations, located all over India If we receive product and need service, How?
We are buying a product directly from a manufacturing company, Not from street bazaar, so we expect after sale service, etc., etc..

We all have already experienced problems in contacting DataWind customer support number is 1-800-180-2-180. Emails are returning, Not responding, generalized Auto reply. known fact from months.
What about after Sales service: DataWind claims in their website…. Customers can contact the 'Technical Customer Support' number for any issues/help with the tablets. You'll find these numbers in the device packaging after you receive it. If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, the customers can take it to our partner customer service center locations, located all over India. Detailed information on the location of these centers will be made public very soon on our website.
a.) If it is not available with package? ,
b.) Also when they have already launched weeks ago, Must be all details are finalized by this time, Also Claims that shipment has started from 23rd as per theirs emails, why can't they publish in web now itself?)
We are buying a product directly from a manufacturing company, so we expect after sale service,
Many products are sold/purchased in bazaars in many fancy designs, brand names, If it goes not working/wrong, we may just throw it or treat it as junk as we find it difficult to get it repairs/service..
Are we landing into such a situation? High time DataWind wakes up and funish the updated data to pubic.

It’s a fraud company; there are only 5-6 employees in India.
There job responsibility
1. Reply to all mails
a. If you will write in you mail I have booked a table then he will past the pre-defined message “send the cheque”.
b. If you will write you have pre-paid then he will write “send you cheque details”.
2. Take care of advertisement
a. Ubislate is not able to deliver even single tablet but you type ubislate news in google you see that they make announcement daily regarding ubislate (they write they have pact with getjar, yahoo , ubislate 7C will come in May end etc etc). Who the hell need pact with getjar, yahoo etc etc. deliver our tablet.
You all see the small points.
The ubislate home page shows in specification that processor is A8 800 MHz , but you click on specification link it says A8 700 Mhz. It means they have not yet decided about the processor whether it is 800MHz or 700MHz and you think they will deliver anything
Link (www.ubislate.com/QueryForm.htm )to check your status is available from 2 months but not yet working. They give there toll free number every where but it is not working.
See the CEO of this company has played a very good game. First he fooled our minister (Mr Kapil Sibbal). Mr Kapil sibbal did the product advertisement in free. Then we illiterate Indian started sending cheques to datawinds because our minister is brand ambassador of this company. There are many of our friends those are sending cheques. Datawind CEO has already said the few may not get delivery this year. Then why we are not getting it. We the fool Indians are still sending cheque to datawinds.
